As experienced and licensed construction professionals, we will help by proactively managing your project to minimize risks, prevent unforeseen situations, and avoid surprises, keeping the project team focused, and you in complete control throughout the process.
We can provide various project delivery options to suit the mission; design-build, design-bid-build, or cost-plus open-book (IPD) arrangement. The main objective is to keep you in control of your vision, costs and goals. We are here to serve you, in the manner that best suits you.

Recently managed projects surpass $120M in value, ranging from high-end residential and charter schools, to ROW and civil infrastructure.

Office Manager
A seasoned office administrator in charge of book keeping, customer service and vendor relations. Leda is in charge of making sure everything runs smoothly, collaborating in both field and key office tasks. As the rest of us, she is here to serve our clients with dedication and enthusiasm.
